Our entry category for this year is Best Working Environments and Practices Initiative. Working on improving and developing our working environments has been a focus point for MCBS this year, where we have focused on relocating our office and stores, emphasising how important working environments and surroundings are for productivity and wellbeing. Seeing these improvements being recognised is a great achievement which we celebrate.
