Potters Resorts Five Lakes
Potters Resorts, renowned for their all-inclusive holiday experiences, aimed to enhance their Five Lakes Hotel in Maldon, Essex, by converting an exhibition space into a multifunctional entertainment hub. The project included a 650-seat auditorium, sports park, bar, and leisure areas, providing guests with state-of-the-art facilities to relax and be entertained. With a tight 16-week schedule and pre-booked guests, the project required exceptional coordination and quality assurance.
Our skilled and collaborative team, including experienced project managers and installation specialists, was assembled to deliver the project efficiently. Working closely with the design team and other trades, the team implemented new mains distribution systems, lighting controls, and energy-efficient electrical systems, balancing functionality with aesthetics
The result is the Glade Theatre, featuring advanced LED walls, lighting, and sound systems, alongside the modern Garden Bar and Sports Park. These upgrades elevate the guest experience and also deliver reduced maintenance and increased sustainability, aligning with Potters Resorts’ commitment to excellence.
