We’re proud to announce the internal promotion of one of our own Will Sainsbury from Electrical Supervisor to Project Manager. 🥳

This milestone is more than just a new job title. It’s a testament to the MCBS journey – one that begins with opportunity, is powered by mentorship, and grows through dedication.

Will joined us at just 16 years old, starting his career through our MCBS Academy apprenticeship programme. Over the years, he has grown with us, contributed to some of our most complex projects, and embodied the values that define MCBS: Well being, Trust, Solution-Led Thinking, and Professionalism.
