This kind of recognition is a testament to our people and their continual commitment to coach and mentor individuals of all levels. From apprentices to project managers, practicing and implementing our mission and core values in everything that we do. We continually work to cultivate a professional culture that values collaboration, innovation, and personal growth. As a result, this has created an even more engaged and self-developing work environment organically.
An important area of this is our apprenticeship development programme headed by Hannah Fenelly Assoc. CIPD supported by Ben Waldron in the development of engineers of the future.
